A lasting power of attorney may relate to the management of your property and financial affairs or to the management of your personal health and welfare. You may wish to grant LPA’s for either or both.

You can appoint one or more persons to take decisions regarding your property and financial affairs. These could include selling your house or raising finance against it or paying bills or collecting benefits.

You can appoint one or more persons to take decisions regarding your personal health and welfare. Such decisions could relate to medical treatments or to long term care decisions.
